Polyether ether ketone-PEEK

Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) is a thermoplastic polymer with a wide range of applications due to its chemical inertness and thermal stability.

PEEK plastics exhibit high resistance to thermal degradation as well as when attacked by both organic and aqueous environments. However, halogens and halogenated compounds, strong Bronsted & Lewis acids and aliphatic hydrocarbons adversely affect them at high temperatures.
